Aaron is a certified Project Management Professional with 25 years of professional experience, including 17 years as a state and local government consultant for BearingPoint, three years with the U.S. Office of Management and Budget, and three years as a software developer. His areas of specialization include government strategy and operations, change management, business process re-engineering, and organizational analysis for public agencies. Aaron holds a Master of Public Policy degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University. |

Allison Harris, Associate

Allison has been an associate with The ESTIS Group for since 2007 during which time she has worked on a variety of projects including the implementation of state agency strategic plan and a cost benefit analysis for the State of North Carolina. Prior to joining The ESTIS Group, Miss Harris was a policy analyst for the Georgia Governor’s Office of Planning and Budget, where her responsibilities included providing guidance to state agencies as they developed strategic plans and ensuring that budgets were in line with the agency’s goals and objectives. Allison has a bachelor degree from Brown University and a master of public policy degree from the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers. |
