Enhanced Service Plan
The Enhanced Service Plan project resulted in the development of a new Internet interface where caseworkers create electronic service plans for youth. This project required a full review of all of the Department’s policies and procedures that affect caseworker service planning, and creative policy planning to ensure that the service plan addressed various youth needs.
Strategic Planning
We worked with the Agency to develop its three-year strategic plan. Our team facilitated executive staff meetings and used extensive interviewing and surveys to incorporate Department-wide perspective. The resulting product provided a clear, cohesive message that identified and aligned the departmental priorities and initiatives. It was organized to guide the Department and measure progress toward established goals.
Workforce Retention Research, Analysis, and Recommendations
The Agency has experienced high turnover of its entry-level Juvenile Correctional Officers for each of the past three years. We organized a task force and performed research, interviews, and surveys to understand the root causes of this high turnover. The project required an extensive review of the policy formulation, implementation, training and compliance processes across 26 state run secure youth facilities. We delivered a comprehensive analysis of the issue along with recommendations and a plan to improve retention.
GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
Procurement Transformation Initiative
Georgia’s Procurement Transformation Initiative sought to modernize the state’s procurement system. The extensive change affected personnel in all of Georgia’s nearly 100 state agencies. We developed and executed a communications plan to ensure successful adoption of the new policies and procedures. Through extensive stakeholder analysis, webinars, online questionnaires, a website, and other means, the Initiative resulted in success.
SAGE SOFTWARE
Organizational Change Management for SAP Implementation
Sage Software has several product lines spread over 15 offices with varying procedures. In order to ensure successful adoption of a single system for the largest components of its North American operations, we provided Sage Software with organizational change management services. Project work included developing and executing a communications plan, identifying changes in policies and procedures, building team cohesion, and providing leadership training.
A GLOBAL SOFTWARE COMPANY
Policy Analysis, Research Design and Project Management
Our team provides support to the Corporate Affairs office of a global software company that includes policy research and content development. We also designed and managed an academic study of international technology use and policies with a university to inform a public campaign and strategic planning.
